We Are Young (WAY) is pleased to present it’s 2017 Golf Tournament at the Links at Brunello in September 2017. This event will raise funds to grant wishes to seniors over 70!

Registration is open to any individual or business that would like to support WAY and granting wishes.  Please read the Terms and Conditions for full information.


Terms & Conditions

  1. Registration is on a first come, first served basis and closes on August 25th, 2017 at midnight.
  2. Registration is on an individual or team basis. All teams are made up of four players.
  3. Where possible all team player names should be indicated on the registration form. If the player names are not indicated or are partially indicated, a total of 4 player spots are reserved for the team.
  4. Registering multiple individuals on the same registration does not guarantee they will be on the same team unless it is indicated on the NOTES section of the registration. Example, two individuals are registered will only be on the same team if they indicate on the notes section that they want to be on a team together.
  5. Registration opens at 9am on September 15th.
  6. Shot gun start is 10am on September 15th.
  7. An auction and dinner follows the golf day.
  8. Please share the event on your Facebook, Twitter, Instagram account and email contacts to help create a successful tournament and spread the word about WAY!

  10. If you would like to donate an auction item to the event, please contact info@weareyoung.ca to arrange for pick up.

 

Registration for your individual spot or team is easy! Follow these simple steps!

  1. Begin your registration by clicking on the register golf ball on the photo above.
  2. Indicate on the drop-down menu your purchase based on Individual, Team or a Sponsor Level.
  3. If you register as individual – you will be charged by the number of people you register. 
  4. If you register as a team or sponsor, you will be charged for your selection even if you only indicate your company name or less than the corresponding number of player names. Players not indicated will have reserved spots… eg. Register a team of 4 players and give only 2 player names will still result in 2 players indicated with 2 players reserved.
  5. Click “Save”.
  6. Review your selection in the left box on the website.
  7. If you are satisfied click on purchase to buy. (To change selection, highlight “your selection to change” in the box and select delete to start again.)
  8. Complete the pop-up information form and select submit.
  9. Complete the payment information form for either credit card payment or e-transfer/cheque and submit for payment.
  10. Wait a few seconds for the pop-up that says “Thank you for supporting We Are Young….Payment process finished successfully. Thanks for your booking.”
  11. Your booking details will show up in the email you registered with from WAYevents@seatsandtables.ca.
  12. There are limited teams and individual spots for the tournament, please register early!
